Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations at client facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
  • Conduct facility training and track all employees.
  • Perform site inspections and ensure prompt corrective actions.
  • Manage employee scheduling, payroll, and attendance.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate on-site staff and supervisors.
  • Coordinate and attend client and internal meetings.
  • Handle professional communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain proper inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff development

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in facilities management or janitorial operations leadership.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
  • Critical environment or clean room experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and payroll/timekeeping systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass a Background Police Check
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related leadership roles within a regional or area management capacity.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience and a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies to optimize operations and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions that drive growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
